Katie's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I first want to start out by saying that I have a passion for what I do. I have over eight years of experience as a tutor and mentor and it has been a very rewarding journey so far.
I consider myself a very patient tutor, which I think is essential to the process. That said, I usually offer the student a few options in which to learn the material. I then let them decide which option makes the most sense to them. I believe Education and learning is a very personal process, which is why it should be tailored to each individual differently.
I currently work with a variety of students, from Preschool to College level. I am always happy to work with both General Education as well as Special Education students.

Katie's Education & Certifications
I am currently a Secondary/Special Education Graduate student and am enjoying the process thoroughly. My Practicum hours, for my Masters program in Education, are currently in the process of completion at various schools throughout Cincinnati. I received a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and History in 2009, so I also have a background in Business. I will always be glad and willing to tutor in any class dealing with Business as well.
