Melissa's Education & Certifications
I got my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science back in 2001. In 2006 I went back to school to get my teaching credential. I took 3 semesters of elementary education specific coursework, and one semester of student teaching. The first half of my student teaching was in a Kindergarten classroom. The second half was in a 3rd grade room. I earned a 4.0 GPA at CSULB for all coursework related to my teaching credential requirements.
