Alexandria's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching/tutoring for about 6 years. I have assisted in the areas of Mathematics, Spanish, and English to name a few. I am very passionate about education and love helping people attain their educational goals. I am friendly, patient, and understanding. My method of tutoring includes setting educational goals, communicating clearly, using positive feedback, repetitive exercises, asking questions, and reviewing the content.

I graduated from MLK, Jr. High School in 2006, with a College Preparatory Diploma w/ Distinction and a 3.5 GPA. I attended Georgia Perimeter College from 2008-2010 and studied Business with a minor in Spanish. I was President of the Spanish Club, VP of the Leadership and Service Council, Treasurer of the debate team, as well as Homecoming Queen. I was on the Dean's List three times during my attendance. I also was awarded the Executive Women's International Scholarship, which was a competitive scholarship between 500 female students. I currently attend Clayton State University and will be graduating in December of 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Studies.
