Alicia's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I am currently attending UNCG for specialized education and will be graduating in the spring. I have interned in high school general education classrooms, middle school general education classrooms, and elementary education classrooms. I have also tutored in Guilford county this year and I am currently working on raising my students reading level a grade by teaching her different strategies that she can use when I am not around. I have also provided supports for her writing. I am staffed at Lindley habilitation center working one on one with people who have disabilities as well. I am a well rounded person who loves children and I have a lot of experience in working in the education field applying strategies with students.
