Amanda's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I have a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood education. I first found my desire to teach in 9th grade when my geometry teacher asked me to tutor some of her students. I began tutoring at the Barnes and Noble next to my high school and have been working with students in different capacities ever since. I have worked with ages from 3 years old to high school. I have worked in private schools, public schools, and as a private tutor. I now have 3 children at home from age 2 months to 13 years and I am a part-time youth and children's director at Bethesda Baptist Church. I love learning and I love being a part of young people's learning.
