Brenda's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have over 20 years experience in the classroom, so any tutoring I have done was with students at the school where I was teaching. I taught 3rd and 5th grade as well as middle school reading and computer skills. I was also a K-12 vocal music teacher and a K-12 cross categorical Special Ed teacher. I also taught private piano lessons for a number of years.

I raised five sons, who finished high school at the top of their classes and all went to college on scholarships.

I enjoy working with children and helping them to develop their own skills.
