Brianna's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I am the oldest child of four. My brother, now 19, has cerebral palsy and dead brain matter. Growing up he had a hard time learning basic math and writing skills. Because my parents are not equipped to handle a child with learning disabilities, I was the one to teach him. So, I have experience with children who may struggle a bit more than the average student. I am confident working with those of any skill level.
Also, in high school I had a friend diagnosed with Leukemia. She had to drop out of school for awhile, but she did not want to fall behind. I was asked to keep her up to speed in our Geometry class.
Now, in college, I help fellow students write papers and study for exams. I often was the one students would ask for clarification after in my Spanish class.
