I worked as an after-school tutor at Kirby-Smith Middle School. My task was to teach five to six students twice a week. The goal was to review prerequisite knowledge and allow opportunities for practice. The students were required to complete activities and assignments that would ensure retention of concepts. The experience I had using these methods was phenomenal, and students seemed to have a high success rate.
