Daniel's Bio & Tutoring Experience
Hi, I'm Daniel. I have more than 5 years of experience in tutoring and teaching mathematics, physics and astronomy at the college level, and can tutor high school and college students in these subjects. I have taught an astronomy 101 course at the University of New Mexico and have been involved in astronomy educational outreach with the Albuquerque Astronomical Society. I have aided in teaching upper level undergraduate astronomy courses in addition to helping mentor undergraduate and graduate astronomy students. I strongly feel that my enthusiasm for science and mathematics and my ability to engage students helps make me a good instructor.

Daniel's Education & Certifications
I have a B.S. with honors in astrophysics(2009) and a M.S. in physics (2012), both from the University of New Mexico. I am currently a PhD candidate working on my dissertation. I have advanced knowledge of astronomy and physics, mathematics, Matlab programming, telescopes and optics and much more. I also have experience with electronic devices, laboratory equipment and experimentation.
