Donna's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have tutored for 15 years to children of all ages K-12. As a mother I have been through 28 years of curriculum and therefore have kept up with current ways subjects are being taught. I love to see a child get it, by giving them a way to see it differently or in a way just they can understand. All children learn differently, but I believe all can find ways to figure out what they need to learn & successfully pass even a subject they find difficult. I like to figure out a child's personality and how they process information in order to teach in a way they will connect with.

The key is to motivate children to want to learn for the sake of learning and hopefully make them understand by seeking and gaining knowledge it will give them a better life. Sometimes children feel they are being forced into learning things for no reason. I will give them a good reason. Do it for yourself because you are worth it.

I am a CPA, and have a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University. Of course High School diploma. In years past I became X-ray certified to take dental x-rays trained to be a dental technician. I have been trained in CPR and first aid.
