Kristian's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I am about to be 19 years old and am the oldest of four children. Being the oldest sibling has taught me a great deal about patience and how to support and encourage kids to want to excel. I was involved in sports in high school and through them was able to understand the importance of hard work, dedication, time management and teamwork. Through sports I was also able to partake in volunteer opportunities such as the Evelyn Rivers coat drive. My specialty subject is reading and writing.

I recently graduated from Caprock High School and am currently attending West Texas A&M University as a Mass Communications major. All throughout high school I took Advanced Placement and Dual Credit classes. As a junior I took an AP test for college and passed it. Now, as a freshman I am a semi-finalist in the annual nationwide common reader essay contest. I am also involved in the school's newspaper, The Prairie.
