Kristine's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have helped peers with classwork over my long scholastic career, but as for tutoring more formal settings, I have minimal experience--but, I figure, a more informal interaction might be good, because I'm trying to pay attention to one person, so it would be better if I took him/her into account instead of worrying too much about formal conduct. As an estimation of my own abilities, I believe I am pretty good at gaging where a person is struggling, and custom tailoring my explanations to suit the fact that my audience is an individual and not a class.

I have a strong background in math and science. I'm currently enrolled in Liberal Sciences at MATC, and plan to major in Computer Sciences and Physics and Minor in Physics. As someone who is looking for a career in math and science, not only will I do my best to help the student, the student would help me, by keeping my recall fresh, and my problem solving ability on its toes.
