My degree includes courses in teaching Mathematics and I have taught first hand in high schools. During my certification, I have taken courses dedicated to increasing my ability to correctly convey the subject material in a method that's easily digestible for students. My certification also allowed me the opportunity to teach in multiple classrooms throughout the El Paso area and mentor students in subjects ranging from Algebra to Calculus.
I am dedicated to ensuring that students not only learn and understand the material, but acquire the basis for truly understanding the significance of Mathematics in practical and theoretical applications.
