Olga's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching all ages for many years. I recognize that every child is an individual who can learn and requires personalized approach. I have tutored students since I was a college student myself and I find it both rewarding and fun! A lot of times students get frustrated in group environment when there is a lack of more individualized explanation of the study material and not enough time. That's why tutoring is a great way to get where you want to be in your knowledge and preparedness for different tests! I thouroughly plan for my lessons, but I am also able to 'read' the student's style and their way of better retaining the information so I adjust my lessons accordingly as I go. I mostly tutored students on a private basis out of my home or their homes, but I also have documented experience working for a large tutoring center called Huntington Learning Center.
