Hello my name is Refat Zaman and I am currently enrolled in SUNY Geneseo as a rising senior. I am a psychology and biology minor graduating this December. I am hoping to one day pursue a career in industrial organizational psychology. Industrial organizational psychology merges both business and psychology into one field. Merging both business and psychology is vital to better understand how consumerism or success of a business is both linked to how individuals respond. What may appeal to one may not be appealing to another and it is imperative to understand this relationship and its impact on business and society. I believe that one is able to understand this relationship through market research.
