Robert's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I started working as a mathematics tutor during my first year of college about ten years ago.

I have worked as a tutor through the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Huntington Learning Center, Tutor Inc. and Wireless Neighborhoods. I have also worked as a private in-home tutor for about eight years.

On the Mathematics: Content Knowledge Praxis II Exam, I earned the ETS Recognition of Excellence, which is awarded to individuals who scored within the top 15% of all test takers.

I currently work as a full-time remedial math teacher, where I work with small groups of students to enhance their critical thinking skills and practice basic mathematical procedures.

I earned my bachelors degree in mathematics, as well as my Secondary Mathematics teaching certificate, at the University of Pittsburgh in 2008.
