Sarah's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I was raised in a home with three other siblings so by both nature and nurture I have become an excellent learner and teacher. Always working as the mediator, for disputes and compromises, my ability to communicate with others has been with me all my life. I was always the one who enjoyed school the most and apprecitaed it even more when I could share what I learned with others and help them draw out their own ideas and thoughts as well. Now, having made it all the way to my senior year at Belmont University, my studies in Philosophy have made me more capable than ever to think critically and comprehensively, both alone and in large and small discussion groups as well. I am currently the only Philosophy tutor on the GPS Tutoring Board at the University as well, helping student athletes in courses such as writing, literature and specific philosophy topics. I am always the one most eager to start discussion in seminar classes and create a platform for everyone to communicate as well as possible. To broaden and deepen my own education with others is always the most rewarding and beneficial.

I graduted from Ravenwood High School in the summer of 2011 and started attending Belmont University in the fall of the same year. I have also taken two semesters at Depaul University in Chicago. I study a Major in Philosophy and a minor in Art History with the remainder of my courses focused heavily on reading, writing, and languages (german).
