Shannon's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I have always had a strong passion for education, hence why I dedicated my college schooling to receiving a degree in English Secondary Ed. Throughout my years at school, I tutored many different age groups and experience levels. I spent two years tutoring 5th-7th grade English Language Learners in reading and writing. I also spent a year tutoring a family of Ethiopian students in all subjects for two hours a day. This past year, I spent many hours working one on one with my high school students to refine their essay writing skills, college applications, and SAT/ACT knowledge. I absolutely love working with students of all ages and am willing to be as flexible as your child needs!
