Susan's Bio & Tutoring Experience
I have taught Science, Technology, Language Arts, and Math to students in grades K-8 for 15 years. I am currently finishing my PhD in Science Education. I have presented at regional, state, and national teachers' conferences (including the National Science Teachers' Association national conference) on how to implement best-practices teaching. I have also developed and implemented local professional development for science teachers of grades K-12 on problem-based science.
I love helping students learn and have both the theoretical knowledge as well as the practical experience to be successful at it.
