Tonya's Bio & Tutoring Experience

I have owned a business for 10 years. Prior to that, I taught 5th grade. I absolutely loved teaching and loved my students, but when my mother's health began to deteriorate, I had to give up my job in the classroom and do something from home. I have missed teaching ever since and after my mother's passing last year, I would love to make it back to the classroom in some way. I have a love for helping students and seeing the excitement and pride they have when they finally grasp something. I believe that every child has the ability to learn if material is taught in the correct way. I strongly believe in different learning styles and always adapted my classroom to try and teach to many different learning styles.
