Vyshnavi's Bio & Tutoring Experience

For over seven years, I have tutored students at the elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate level in a variety of subjects. These subjects include but are not limited to chemistry, biology, physiology, microbiology, virology, parasitology, psychology, history, computer applications, statistics, anatomy, histology, Latin, and Spanish. I have also tutored students in basic math, English, reading, and writing. Additionally, I have extensive experience tutoring students in all four sections of the ACT. My favorite subjects to tutor are anything in the sciences and the ACT.

I am passionate about tutoring because I enjoy helping students realize their full potential in school and become confident in their academic abilities. As a student myself, I understand that the learning process can be challenging at times, but I truly believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance. My approach to tutoring any student is geared specifically to him/her because every student has a unique learning style. I am extremely patient, and the academic success of my students is always my number one priority. My ultimate goal for my students is to help them understand the material but at the same time develop solid analytical and reasoning skills.

I graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in May of 2012, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I also earned a minor in Healing and Humanities. I'm currently a graduate student pursuing my masters in pharmacy, with a concentration in clinical toxicology.
